trythree, instead of saying "Falling Knife", you could've gone straight to your second, third and fourth posts. This is a place to have a friendly discussions, sharing knowledge .... etc.
Of course, people are going to say things that you don't want to hear. It is normal for some to disagree with others' comments. That doesn't mean you jump into a big debate (ie: Investopedia).
