What scares me about these Chinese dominated IPO companies is the way they go through money in a cavalier way without much to show for it.
IPO 10 mil @ .20c raised $2 mil Seed Capital of $4 mil. At last count they have blown $9 mil and had 0.3 mil cash before SPP.
What's tickled your antenna's on this one?
