Green lights for cus - banks already are advertising and telling their customers about it.
Only problem we see is if they do a giant marketing campaign to make sure people use their atms' and eftpos for cash out instead of customers atms
Which begs the question
What do the banks get out of direct charging when using their own atms? end of the day they do have a lot of customers who pay fees after X number of transactions.
