No way will they get their trading stock back in this market with this depth..unless they manage to get another chunk thru a CR. Could it happen? Certainly if Elixia isn't actually making any money and cash burn continues.

It sure could happen, but I wouldn't expect to need to delve over this possibility for another 12 months. You'd hope that Oxy has secured an Oxy deal by then but events of the last couple of years haven't exactly transpired as I would have expected. I guess that's why they call this a speculative investment.
