At this end of the market Retail shareholders imo hold no relevance or significance
Companies fighting for survival will always make decisions to continue survival no matter what - massive dilution or CN or Directors loans or other agreements with conditions or even full security over all assets etc.....
Look at what has taken place with the share registry since last Novembers resurrection - imo the damage has already be done and now only a select few will ever gain
With current CN and possible conversion or debt - ogx could soon have nearly 2 billion on the share registry - before all the countless unlisted options and other shares etc
