    Try Broadmeadows you can find a place for $50 a week and you will be next to Roxburgh Park which has a man made lake.

    Pokies & Broady Shopping centre are the go, the only downfall is the dole line which stretches all the way to Glenroy.

    On a serious note St Kilda or South Melbourne, not sure of the rent though haven't checked for a while.
