The next obvious issue has to be at what price will a TO have to be pitched at to have any chance of success? Bearing in mind that TAH is likely to recover their licence fee from the Vic Govt in Court, that will add in excess of $1 per share and the low PE that it trades at has to be taken into account. Anyone like to hazzard a guess at a possible TO offer?
