plough you have it wrong the announcement is fantastic...the company acquired will bring in revenues from day one and be eps positive from yr 2...alot better than what you can say for alot of other biotechs out there with much larger market caps....
this will realise shareholder value unti the company can get a commercial deal for its other products....the medivision is an exception frontrunner in its field and i think you will find there will be further commercialisation of its product as the announcement says which will further re rate the company...
if institutions weren't happy with the acquisition they wouldn't be putting there money up!!
