Spelling is just another skill, some are good at it, some are fair, and some are bad. It is not an indication of intelligence or learning or education.
I know doctors and scientists who can't spell to save themselves, but they can clearly communicate in writing whatever they want.
Tolerance is wonderful, and intolerance should be reserved for the very wicked.
