I am a long term holder myself and can hand on my heart confirm your accurate statements.

In the wider context, The Chinese have been playing Westside for bloody years!! This has had the effect of capping our price, suffocating our upside and stagnating our development by promising things which didn't materialise and dragging things out in an unconscionable manner.

It was all too much for the founder and his associates. Fair enough to!!

Ultimately there are principles at stake here and good on our board for having the resolve to treat this entire hostile approach with the contempt it deserves.
