Buffett once said that you should never buy shares in a company which allows directors to "give" themselves shares as it takes away their focus
Could be very limited companies to choose from these days, excluding this criteria.
I find the rewards received by many of these CEO, executives and board members totally out of step with society and bordering on immoral.
Unfortunately most of these incentives are voted through by the big funds and large shareholders because they are all on the 'gravy train', and so they all stick together.
