Seems Gillard is desperate to get the polls going more in her favour.
I expect it will be a giggling gertie show trying to show her as a some sort of "normal" person.
But that is not the Julia she portrays when she is so hard nosed about her carbon tax policy and doing ridiculous things with Asylum seekers (my opinion, of course!). The show might help her short term, but while she is hell bent on bringing in a tax that the majority don't want, no amount of giggling will help her sell her carbon tax.
And if Tim should decide to propose on national TV, I would have to say Gillard is very, very desperate to resort to such emotive stunts.
We will not be tuned into channel 9 during that segment of 60 minutes. Hopefully, Channel 9 will find there are very few Aussies watching...lol
