Put some blame of the Governments & Bureaucrats we have had that over the past few years who have made life hell for companies, hence the reason our employment is going up and harder for companies to employ people here. This all falls back on companies like Skilled, Chandler, etc.

It's not all SKE's doing. I believe they have done a decent job in such circumstances.
