    Look at (for example) AQP and how that has been rising along with the strengthening Pt prices. PLA hasnt moved...its being held back, inspite of PLA having the goods. Before this stock was even producing it was over $3 in an albeit heated market. You dont even need to perform any calculations to decide this is worth more than it is now.
