I believe it was posted because they presented at the Diggers and Dealers (http://www.diggersndealers.com.au/) conference in WA this morning. No doubt for disclosure reasons they'd want to make sure all information is public on the ASX as well.
I agree it's nothing really new for existing holders but more people hearing the PLA story is not a bad thing either.
