actually pedro's downramping maybe a little bit immature as his a bit cocky, but you know his right. what comes up does eventually come down.
So ya right now gda is risky to buy back in, it might not bounce back up.
plus nothing wrong with downrampers, as it seems ok to upramp, just do it in a mature fashion.
