    I think mediation is supported by lenders and reasonable outcome (like payment by insurance etc..) will lift CER to next level. CER has only 3 problems right now,

    1. General economy - Seems like worst is over
    2. Debt financing - Pretty much planned for next 2 years
    3. Legal battle - Mediation will take uncertainty out of CER

    I have just bought another 50,000.
