    I smell delays.

    Without rig news to allow a cap raising for the 31st October deadline the additional 10% is either not going to happen or will be highly dilutive.

    Nugal is cancelled which mean RMP is a one basin pony.

    AOI is safer in relative terms. They have 7 other ponys and Tullow is in the saddle of 5 ;)
