Zari s'holders were not given the 24+m shares for nothing. That's nonsense! Those shares were part of the price or consideration. And if they were as part of the negotiations able to secure them unescrowed (and why wouldn't they insist on that anyway) then they can do what they like with them. We have to grin and bear it. You sound very frustrated mate. Get over it is my advice. You're normally such a sensible fella.
Now I've been waiting for a very big ship to come in and it's just berthed. I've been waiting for ages and I have kept on thinking that i have missed the Peak express, esp when the Jorc issued. Now I have my chance thanks to the silly sellers (Zs, Roth, Canucks etc)to load up big-time. It's like manna from heaven.
