well - don't forget PDN has other good projects and some with JORC with good grades, not only in Africa and if chinese or russians TO PDN as well as they did with EXT they don't care about present profit as they want it for their own use and they know they will pay much higher prices for L/T contracts in the future
Hathor was only explorer ( no profit) when Cameco TO them and look how much did they pay per pound
EXT was only explorer (No profit burning our $) and look how many ppl made us rich
PDN is producer & expolorer as well with one of the best ground in QLD
L/T >> 2015 + when Uranium reach $100 again and QLD let them mine, what is your prediction on PDN price and MC?
IMO fukushima did give us great oportunity to buy a great resources for a cheap
