    My broker was onto me 2 - 3 months ago about picking up some ICN. Sounds like the ICN big wigs did a bit of a road trip to a whole bunch of brokers which may have sucked a fair few people in. I was assured anything under 22c was a steal. Always be aware of a broker selling a dream.
