It is curious in that they have had a failed one before so people are dubious. Combine that with a still 50% profit on recent issue, terms still needing to be met, and the strange secrecy, there is risk.

Reward at this point however seems greater.

Lowest this will go IMO is back to .006- then there is nothing in it for recent 3b recipients.

At that point a lazy 500k shares wouldn't go amiss- the reward if this is all on the up-and-up will be substantial
