    Max shares that can be issued under SPP is 30% issued capital
    30% x 330m x [80%x5.8c] = $4.6m

    whether underwritten or not ...this is not enough!?!? Especially given ongoing capital requirement given CBA's call.

    I wonder who the new owners will be? Management?
