Oh I don't think it was vindictive, just clearly trying to force me on to much more expensive package with no time to consider it.
The way they described the honesty system was so vague and dodgey on the phone the person I spoke with sounded like they were making stuff up as they were going along. Maybe not, but it's vibe I got. Frustrating customer service experience.
