With the sustained depression of oil price, shale oil companies are going broke - so who is going to buy more efficient propants - it is no fault of LWP management - Lwp is just caught offside in much bigger oil market and global strategic games. I held for long then bailed out .7c when I realised what was happening with no relief in sight in the big oil strategic game.
