As we have discussed previously ... good product, terrible management team.

Unless and until there is a management shake out this company will continue to lurch from dilutive capital raise to dilutive capital raise

The management team lacks long term vision, has no clear strategy for growth, is only interested in awards and enriching themselves

The convertible note does not solve their capital requirements it’s like putting your fingers in a Dyke to try to stop the dam from bursting

Terribly frustrating but unfortunately not surprising .... good luck Verce
