I had 100k of these since before the run and feel very comfortable to take my profits now. I just think that there is too much hype in relation to the size, potential to flow, and time to get the oil out if it does flow. All that translates to an NPV figure from which to estimate value. I just think that athough it could be worth more than current price, we do not know enough to make any of those assumptions. Just back of the envelope calculations.

One of my trading/investing rules if there is material downside risk, no matter what the upside, then sell. And that is what I have done. I may buy back when the price settles and more info is out. Even if it's at a higher price, I would prefer to better certainty.
