Fair enough. Everyone has their own tolerance levels.
If your mental stop was hit and you exited, then well done. Good disciplined trading. If it resulted in a loss, so bit it!
No one else here should give a toss whether you are in, out, or whatever.... They should all have done their own research and have made their buy/sell decisions based on that research. Not on what some other trader is doing or has done.
