Maybe the powers that be don't want to lose the $4m from Thomas Jefferson, as they have an option to purchase shares at 56c, they have another 3 or 4 months to decide if they are going to take up the offer. The recent upward surge has been caused by very few shares changing hands, a decent set of results or some other good news and this will fly back up, I am convinced Eric and Jonathan will get their bonuses next year.
