    Hi mate,

well thought out post and I can honestly say I dont blame anyone for leaving this stock for reasons you have shared e.x. dilution not likely to stop (as I've said before % accumulates quickly, constant change of goal posts).

Your sentiment on WA is fair. But which builder is self funding and building 50+ homes at a time. To me thats the difference for initial market entry.

you need to do what's best for you and move your money to your advantage.

I think the SP people dream of is exactly that just a dream, it may come true but its a gamble and no longer feels like its even close to reality when measured against other successful businesses. I keep that in mind with my exit and thoughts of dividends I dont even entertain until a time of some substantial change

Here is a thought from another angle. With your average buy in and 8 years commitment in mind at what point would thus become a good investment for you (good not the best).

If you were to hold for up to another 2 years reaching a total of 10 would 4x be a good investment? Is 4 x probable? Even with all the shit show I dont think 10.5 would be hard with just a single event if even for a moment. The question for yourself is if you hold that thought or if your money is better positioned elsewhere.
