scrag - I haven't been with this from the start but as I understand it they were the ones with the coal so they have to get something - they are not going to give it away!!!

My read is that most of what is here has already been announced and as we have previously discussed scrag a large dilution was ahead and presumabley has been factored into the current share price.

If Sekoko have no intention of injecting further funds perhaps we can infer from that that the company has already lined up investors to take up the 500 million shares required to raise the $25m for the BFS. Otherwise surely they would be passing the hat around to current shareholders.

I see the resolutions to be put before the AGM as a positive move toward the continued growth of the company

I am not a mathematician but I don't mind messing with them!
