And I have had it with all the B.S. that comes with it on the ASX:

The directors that don't serve shareholders best interests.
    The fake feasibility study figures.
    The fake balance sheets.
Auditors dropping like flies after some questionable financial engineering.
The market rules that apply to some and not others.

And last but not least: the incredibly poor success rate of Australian public companies to even survive, never-mind deliver positive growth and a return to shareholders.
Even the 'mining' companies which are supposed to be our core strength are a disaster zone.

It seems only the worst business that have no hope of finding private capital due to a fanciful business plan get floated here and they attract like minded management.

The only thing Australian public companies are good for is shorting.

    Question:

I want to start researching and trading U.S. stocks, but I am pretty hooked on webiress as an interface.

    1) Are there any brokers out there that offer US equity trading using the Webiress platform?

    2) Where do you get real time news for US stocks and as Australian residents are we blocked from seeing it due to 'not for overseas dissemination'
