I agree. AYN will survive if put on care and maintenance. I support a lesser share issue if solely to pay debt, and put on care and maintenance. I will be voting against this latest issue, because the directors want to raise extra funds for "working capital" ie including their salaries. Numerous other stocks have put mines on care and maintenance until gold/silver prices rise, which I am very optimistic about courtesy of China... and it would be sad to fall at the 11th hour with booming physical prices later this year.
