There are a lot of very highly qualified legal professionals who have contradicted your view of corruption. Even from a layman's perspective, it is difficult to reconcile the use of taxpayers monies as personal funds to buy votes. Corruption and fraud, a lethal combination of consequences, best kept concealed.
