I feel for all of you that have not had shares delivered that you purchased on last day of trade.
However - if it is as described it doesn't make sense to me to characterize this as a commsec issue. A broker who buys shares for you on market does not know who they are buying from - unless the shares are crossed, meaning that the seller is trading through the same broker.
Therefore, I agree that the is a market integrity issue here.
But there is no reason to assume that the rotten short seller is a commsec client.
