    nice letter. I would add that the final price that BTA listed on the NASDAQ was determined by this naked short selling.

    Can you forward this letter to the financial ombudsman.

    I will look for a email address today.

    This naked short selling is a scourge and is currently being turned a blind eye too by Australian authorities.
