I feel very hard done buy because of the force selling that occured from my super fund. I beleive I have a legal case against Australian Super as no where did they say that they would force sell if the stock left the ASX.

In their terms and conditions it said that if the stock left the ASX 300 then I couldn't trade them but I could still hold them. Nothing about force selling anywhere.

Add the naked short selling and I got burned. I beleive my shares were force sold at $4.00 or 48 cents.

The shorter would of been buying my shares and making a killing.

So unfair.

I'm not going to court unless I can find a no win no pay firm and if they agree to split the proceeds of any win as thier fees. Any advice.??
