Dunno about WPL being a sell.
Its chart trended positive when it made a reversal off the key low at $57 recently and closed well above $57 at the end of last week.
As long as it remains above $57 by week's end (and stays above that level) it may start to push on into a new trading channel with a high point around the $70 mark.
I have been watching this one for a re-entry ... around $60 with a stop at around $55 might be the go.
