    Yes, ASIC seemingly loses more than they win, BUT, ask the distinguished James Hardie directors who are banned from directing companies and have hefty fines to pay if they're always a TOOTHLESS tiger...

    Of course, you could pull a JODEE RICH out of the situation, and stick the regulator with hefty costs...
