From a shorting position the arrival of this non pulsatile, smaller device from Heartware on the ASX is just what is needed.

I take VCR wanting a licence to sell the device as a strong issue in it's favour.

The market cap will have to come down nearer to Heartware's mere $70m. I mean VCR $280m? Give us a break.
