Regarding the poison. In case you aren't aware IDC had $3.4 million in the bank at the last quarterly report. They raised $3.9 during the recent past quarter. That gave them around $7 million in the bank.

Each quarter they expend around $6 million. I can only assume IDC has around $1 million remaining in the bank as of today.

Based on a quarterly $6 million spend the company needs to raise funds again to remain solvent.
