Where did you read this. Been to Mexico. Didn't think the billionaires there where that dumb. Can't they buy it themselves? But then again the Mexican's with the biggest cohones are into Telephony, TV and minerals. Maybe because Pemex is state owned the kickbacks are too irresistible so this type of trade can happen. I would be interested if you have a link that I could read on this subject. Eshmun
