You're not wrong, however, if government policy doesn't fully support this kind of innovation how much slower do you think getting approvals (enviro, or development in state waters, grid connections etc etc) will be. Blurry policy creates a lot of indecision, and like it or not this sector is going to have a lot more political play in the next decade.
