    spot gold price is at USD$898.30 as at 12.49 wst.

    If you go to Kitco.com you will find a toolbar you can download that sits in the lower RH part of your screen and updates every minute with the spot price.
    Right click on price and you can select a graph for the last 24 hours that is never more than 1 minute old.

    I have this up all the time + bloomberg futures to see what the DOW and S&P500 futures are doing as an indicator for tonights session.
