Fair comment Passive 1. It's no fun to be losing money, as most of us here as well as most of the country will have been doing recently, including myself with my shareholdings. Eveyone's reaction to this unpleasant experience is unique.
I find that the house price debate is particularly charged, as it is supposed to be a place to live, rather than a get rich quick instrument, as such, when it becomes overvalued, with high leverage thrown in to the mix, those that don't own will be particularly interested in prices going down rather than up.
