If we assume that we have to "bring in" an equity partner for 65% of the project and, presumably, that don't come FOC. Assuming our new partner values the project at say 300m (they have to make a quid out of the deal eventually), does that not mean that they will have to pay IBG 195k which will be "cash at bank" for "üs". If then Exim funds the entire project, neither party will have to substantially "hit their kick". "Our" assets now include 195k in cash and a 35% share in the project. Exim get paid from zinc sales and "everyone's a winner". Please excuse my extreme stupidity and show me where I am "öff my nut".
