I'm still a rookie as well. Forums like these are great to learn from. Quite a few experienced people here. I would just suggest, that whatever company you are interested in, research, research and do more research. Patience and stay the course/plan. I've made a few errors not staying the course and being impulsive.
Plans are great.
FLT will release another report around end of Aug I think should be a solid result.
