Thanks Grogman, i did not have time to digest it when i last posted.
In some respects i can see the advantage of it.
To keep a good team together at the top there has to be rewards. ROG do not have a load of cah to pay higher salaries and bonus.
To this end the incentive rewards are good.
As you say many will be in the black at 4c and over.

I will not be at the meeting and have not decided on my vote. I was hoping for some early drill news.
I am willing to sit long term so this proposal is better done now than when we hit 50c.

It would be reasonable for ROG to resubmit this proposal with a lesser share issue per Tranche if it gets rejected.

Happy to hear more opinions.
