The antics of late last year
( unannounced Issue of Shares to "sophisticated Investors" at 3.5 cents when the share price hit 6.1 cents) which killed the share price completely plus the apparent less than transparent dealings with CTP , plus the last non-event drilling campaign that was postponed several times and then didn't occur at all , leaves me wondering why such a proposal would even be on the agenda.
I am similarly exposed to this one as you are 10mc and will definitely be voting against.
If I wanted shares in a milking company I would have bought shares in Parmalat .
