    I voted to no the employee share plan, the rem report and all the resolutions for issuing shares to the directors.

    I really savoured putting a bit fat cross in the NO box beside PL's name in particular. It's about the only time I've ever wished (very briefly) that I owned MORE Conti shares.

    But it's the thought that counts!
